At the top of our sales funnel, potential customers become aware of our product/service and its ability to solve the problem of (problem or pain point that your product/service addresses). Our goal at this stage is to attract a large number of visitors to our website or landing page.


As visitors engage with our product/service, they learn more about it and express interest. We capture their contact information, such as their email address, so that we can continue to market to them. This is the second stage of our funnel, where visitors start to explore the interest in our product/service.


At the third stage, visitors evaluate our product/service and compare it to alternatives. We provide them with more detailed information and resources to help them make a decision, this is known as the consideration stage.


Finally, at the fourth stage, visitors complete a purchase and become customers of our product/service. Our goal at this stage is to make the purchasing process as smooth and easy as possible.


Once a customer has purchased our product/service, we focus on customer retention and try to up-sell or cross-sell new products or services that align with the customers' interests.


Our sales funnel has been designed to optimize conversions at each stage, providing valuable information to help customers move through the funnel and an engaging and personalized experience to increase the chances of customer retention.


Awareness Phase 

Your  prospects become aware of the existence of a solution to their need or problem.

Interest Phase

The prospect demonstrate interest in a product by conducting product research. (Lead Generation)

Evaluation Phase

The prospects or prospect companies examine competitors’ solutions as they inch toward a final buying decision.

Decision Phase

In which a final decision is reached and negotiation begins

Purchase Phase

Phase in which goods or services are purchased.

Re-purchase Phase

The phase in which a customer repurchases a product or service.
