Tavern at Bown Crossing is a local Boise, Idaho restaurant. This local casual fine dining restaurant has a loyal following. They are a unique restaurant and offer an array of food & drink options. Since they were an existing local business we had to restructure their online presence from an unstable online presence. Their goal was to attract new diners from the local Boise, Idaho area as well as travelers looking for a great restaurant to eat at in Boise, Idaho.The goal was to increase business patrons and create a viral online presence.

The challenge we encountered with Tavern at Bown Crossing was very little existing social media presence, as well as an outdated website. They did not have an established email marketing list or autoresponder in place to market to existing & new patrons.
They are not a franchise so keeping the budget at minimum was a must. With the day-to-day operations, the owners found little to no time to focus on their online marketing efforts. They also felt lost in the digital realm, and did not know where to begin as it can be confusing on how to structure an online marketing campaign.

At the initial consultation, we showed the clients the lack of presence online as well as an old website that was not viewable on tablets or mobile phones. Their website was not responsive.
Furthermore, Tavern at Bown Crossing had only 20 existing followers per each social media platform(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). They had also neglected the YELP web app, which for restaurant reviews is imperative. The owners did not realize how often dinners would view their restaurant through the App & failed to capitalize on that business tool.
We addressed the lack of response to online reviews left by patrons on multiple review sites and we developed a game plan to address existing reviews. We created a system to address and respond to future online restaurant reviews to stay on top of brand reputation.
We also implemented a squeeze page into their website, to capture visitors name & email addresses for future promotions. With implementation of an autoresponder, it now helps to automate that process future marketing purposes & promotions to increase business.

Diamond Modern Media accomplished a new following of customers at a rate of 1,000 new followers a month on Instagram.
We also achieved an average of 500 views on each new post to Facebook. These numbers are still rising daily.
We created new clean modern content for not only their new website, but also made it feasible for customer to call or make reservations at the click of a button via a mobile phone, which has increased the number of reservations the restaurant has received. Without mobile optimization the restaurant was losing reservations because it was not optimized and user friendly.
Most people by nature want an easy straight- forward user experience online or they will typically take their business elsewhere. We made it easy for clients to not only find their restaurant online, but also create leads and increase reservations from patrons.
